We don't collect personal data and we don't operate any email marketing campaigns (ourselves). We are a third party provider of an email marketing platform.
FRAUD,
They do not add "unsubscribe" links, as they claim to.
They do not verify the email addresses, as they claim to.
And no "Report Abuse" links, as they claim.

Our system is 100% CAN-SPAM compliant with every newsletter requiring the "unsubscribe" link (which is built into our footers automatically). There are times when those links are not required - like transactional emails.
They send Unsolicited Spam.

This is a bit old and likely has been resolved; if you are receiving email from us that is unsolicited (clients or otherwise), please contact us and we will investigate.
Sends their "newsletters" without confirming that the email owner asked for them, so I'd say this is a spam service.

That isn't actually a completely true statement. SPAM is unsolicited email and our sign-up process asks for your email address - with a confirmation system. Our email marketing is a simple feed for our blog and does require a double opt-in.
