Rather misleading about the price of the programs - looks like there are two option - Free Download and Full Version, whereas actually there is no real long-term use of the former.

I have tried several of the software and they all don't work as advertised , cause program errors, blue screens of death, etc. Don't waste your money on their poorly coded programs.

I also had terrific customer support experience from their staff. It took them not more than 2 hours to fix all my issues. Michelle, the CSR Manager there was kind enough to even checkout my issues on TeamViewer remotely and fixed all my issues...

This is an excellent site with many useful security applications that work at the core level to protect your PC from theft and loss of your files. I have downloaded almost all of their software and think that they are exceptionally good and 100% virus and spyware free. I would recommend this site to all my friends!

Don't download this, think must have back door trojon in it, very hard to remove from computer.

The product doesn't work like they say and there is no way to contact their customer service. You could potentially lose everything on your hard drive from this product and the company is not available through their contact information to help you with removing the software and retrieving your files.
