The website contains a lot of useful information. I disagree with previous users who claimed there is anything illegal there.

This site is a source of pseudoscience claims and promotes illegal activities instead of being an advocate for change. This is purely unethical.

Drugs do NOT cause health risks to the average smoker. Yes, perhaps if you smoked 40 joints a day for the rest of your life, you might have a health problem, but who's got that much weed?
This site should, however, be marked as unsafe for children, even though they get "high" in their own ways... Ever seen a child spin around until dizzy? Getting "high."

Though the contents make the site debatable, site has information that is scientifically accurate. People's beliefs will sway people's WOT rating but I believe its not a security threat.
