My experience with this company was the worst hosting experience of my life! They bury all the terms of service in lengthy fine print. When the service year ended, I did not instruct them to renew the service, but they renewed it anyway and then demanded payment. When I then instructed them in no uncertain terms that I did not want to service renewed, they ignored me and have continued to renew it every year. Arnaque ! Bien qu'ayant résilié mon offre, ***** m'envoi en recouvrement avec les frais qui s'en suivent. Pas un coup de fil et bien entendu pas de réflexion commerciale, si j'avais regardé les avis sur Internet je n'aurais jamais essayé. Qui plus est, leurs emails arrivent dans les spams (Outlook), très sérieux ! Quitte à payer un peu plus cher chez OVH ou 1&1, il n'y a pas de ça ! A bon entendeur.

I am hosting with ***** 3 different sites. Had once problem with customer service, but it turns out it was my own fault. Did register the webhost accout to my father in law and they did not allow me to update it for security reasons. But no problems with the servers or else ..
