I ask for help with the exchange service PANDPAY, I am a victim of the inaction of the Pandpay exchange service. They keep feeding me with promises. for a month. No actions have been taken on their part. For an entire month, only promises to resolve the issue. Not a single document or call or action from their side was made or provided. All attempts to resolve the issue — I carried out exclusively on my own. I will restore the chronology: on November 21 — I make an exchange of USDT to SBP in pandpay through the BestChange platform on November 27 — 120,000 rubles were received from the exchange transaction to T-Bank, all bank locked by goverment law FZ-161. on November 28 — I sent all evidence from the bank that the law was applied precisely due to the transaction from the exchange service, after that silence. on December 3 — the exchange service asked me to independently submit an appeal to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation with a demand to exclude me from the list of all bank locked by goverment law FZ-161. on December 17 an official response arrived (I attach it) with a refusal to unblock the accounts. the exchange service said that it would sort out the situation with its lawyer as a priority and return with a decision. December 23 — today. A WEEK has passed since the exchange service promised to return with an answer from the lawyer. there is still no answer. they are simply dragging out time, In a week any lawyer will give cases and an action plan for the case, especially since they claim that they put it as a “priority”. then New Year holidays will begin and I will not receive an answer at all. all this time, I am in a problematic situation, I have to use other people's cards to make purchases and pay for anything online. which in the 21st century causes colossal difficulties. all evidence I can provide upon request (correspondence with the bank, response from the Central Bank, transactions, correspondence with the exchange service)
