I don't see why people are crying about the interest rates... APR isn't a valid way to price a loan you're taking for a week. I borrowed £100, and paid it back plus £20 more. I had no cash so it was cheaper to pay £20 than to bounce a bunch of direct debits and have my bank charge me for that. So the price seems reasonable to me.

The APR is high but using an APR to evaluate loans like this is very short sighted. These loans are only intended to be taken over a short term for emergency purposes and in situations where you may need to borrow money fast the thought of paying £125 for a loan of £100 is very reasonable. Many people use the services without any problem and are happy to do so.
