paypal.com.au é seguro?

Paypal is nothing except bad news. 1) In one case, a mate was paid using a stolen Credit card. Paypal decided to take the money from my mate and decided to profit from it by charging an extra few hundred dollars. So he was double screwed 2) There are plenty of projects such as Freenet Project where Paypal has frozen the money and screwed them. In their case, Paypal claimed they were using proxies. They don't even investigate claims properly.. Furthermore, there is no claims process, they simply freeze accounts when they wish to do so. 3) The fees and withdraw times are rediculous. But I guess the withdraw times are so long because they wish to generate profit by interest. 4) Paypal forced me to upgrade my account to withdraw my funds (which were less than $100), because there was a bug. I demanded they transfer them, they mostly demanded I upgrade. Any bank would have prioritised fixing issues where customers couldn't withdraw. I guess since they think they own my money though, it's acceptable to them.. You're a chump if you use this anywhere outside of ebay. On eBay it's fine (eBay owns paypal), but relying on Paypal for business outside of eBay would be a HUGE mistake. Google Checkout is probably a MUCH better option for most where automation is required.. Remember, most people voting on WOT haven't used Paypal as a seller, but only as a buyer. As a buyer it's ok, but its AWFUL for sellers.
