Developers of Peerblock. Peerblock will forbid connections to IPs listed on iBLocklist. It is not a foolproof security tool for BitTorrent however and has been shown to not offer any significant protection from p2p tracking.

PeerBlock is largely considered a replacement/continuation of Peer Guardian 2, and is recommended in place of it today.
The purpose of both programs is to help PC users maintain security by blocking connections between the users machine and malware propogators, governments and those suspected of joining P2P networks for malicious purposes, such as the likes of MediaSentry and Dtecnet.

PeerBlock lets you control who your computer "talks to" on the Internet. By selecting appropriate lists of "known bad" computers, you can block communication with advertising or spyware oriented servers, computers monitoring your p2p activities, computers which have been "hacked", even entire countries! They can't get in to your computer, and your computer won't try to send them anything either.
And best of all, it's free!

Very good IP blocking tool. It's essentially the same as PeerGuardian, but works much better in Vista and Windows 7. They've recently acquired a signed driver, so there's no need to install anything like Ready Driver Plus.
