Excellent Site for finding free portable applications and games that can be stored and run from a USB flash drive. It looks like the site has been recently updated, as I've used it for a decade and a half and watched it evolve.

This site provides links to some very useful software, but I would advise that great care be taken before downloading any program, and that your antivirus program is up to date.
I downloaded an encryption utility which turned out to have a Trojan (despite having the all-clear from an online antivirus scan) which was subsequently blocked by Avira antivirus when I tried to execute the program.

Where I get most of my apps for my USB Drive. Everything is safe, and nothing has ever harmed my computer. Their tutorials are very specific and easy to follow.

Hitman Pro 3.5 detected 4 infected items, including a Rootkit, in the files I downloaded from this site. Beware, as Avira and most definition-based antivirus programs do not detect Rootkits very well.

Absolutely invaluable! They have among the widest selections of up-to-date portable applications. I load literal dozens of these great free apps onto USB pen drives, and boot into a Win XP PE to clean and repair malfunctioning Windows systems.
