Fast thinking intelligent products. I think that I have got it . but something is missing. Anyway, I decided that I will never buy anything from penta. But Last month my friend chuelly bought a Laptop from Penta Luckily they gave him better service. when I heard that I was surprised. I think Penta has Improved their service than before

This place has very poor communication and customer service. I had to call at every step of my order for information: was the order confirmed, was the money received, had it been dispatched by courier. I even had to ask for the tracking number of the courier. After all that the laptop arrived with a screen defect (not Penta's fault I realise, but was icing on the cake). Their website is a shambles and most pages regarding account/warranty/tracking are blank. First and last time I will shop with Penta. It was not worth the $100 or so I saved. Will be buying from ScorpTec or PCCaseGear next time.
