They have people playing on the tables who work for them and they can and will manipulate the game!
Many times during a tournament if you get too good they will switch you to another table and many times the people who work for PKR dont even care if theyr cheating is obvious!
I just played a game where this one guy had NOTHING against a pair of kings and suddenly a 6, then a 7 drops and he got a straight ... yes you might say: "Thats poker for ya" but no! I play real poker a lot, this is VERY rare and in PKR it happens ALL THE TIME!
