aiight this is for all of the people who were really skeptical of the site(that's me). I did the sign up thing on the site using mailinator so I didnt use my real email, they have you confirm your email, then they send you a link to download a zip file with audio tutorials basically for meditation, they have soothing music, there's also a pdf file inside instructing you on how to go about using it all. I scanned the files with Panda Antivirus before opening them, they checked out good. Over all I'm satisfied. it appears when you sign up you sign up for a mailing list so be sure to hit unsubscribe and you'll be fine.
