Reprisehosting and its abuse department are hosting spammers and scammers on their network and allowing these criminals to violate US federal laws, including the CANSPAM Act.  The company's abuse department ignores complaints and knowingly allows  spammers and other criminals that have been reported to continue to engage in illegal activity after receiving multiple complaints.  WHOIS info and ARIN ownership info for their IP addresses for their IP delegation for AS62838 list a Nevada PO Box address and the registrant organization as Reprise Hosting but the Nevada Secretary of State has no record of a company called Reprise Hosting on file.

Another spammer about to get blocked in our domain. This hosting service should watch their clients closer. A while later, I am tired of getting spammed from this service.
