This merchant is very unreliable in ordering accuracy, and deceitful in warranty issues - if something goes wrong, and it will with this company, you will be left holding the bag - because even if it is their mistake - you will be the one paying for it. For the high dollar prices they charge for their products you should expect better treatment, but not with Rhoades Car! Don't get me wrong - I don't have a bone to pick with the employees, they are friendly and honest enough, but the company policies ARE NOT. So be very cautious doing business with them, and make sure you get everything in writing from them on quotes - you may end up taking them to court, so gather your information carefully and/or hammer them forcefully on what it is you want and expect from them, and maybe you will get lucky and receive the proper goods and services they provide. They have a good product if they would just be honest about how it is built and what level of parts it comes with, as in heavy duty or not. Believe me you better order the most heavy duty setup you can, or you will be left with a useless piece of junk! Pay especially close attention to the type of tires you order - they will try to pass off kiddy toy tires on the bike even though you paid for heavy duty - then they will CHARGE you for the tires you already paid for in the 1st place! - don't order unless it is on the phone, and you hammer it home that you want HEAVY DUTY EVERYTHING - you will pay big money for it - but that is the only way to go - perhaps we should find a competitor? Surely there is one out there somewhere? Better search on the web! I am not a shill - just a disgusted customer - and I'm not the only one either! I don't want be seen as a spammer here, but I could drop a hint, and that is that we "working men" need a better cycle!!
