Installing the free version of Spybot Search & Destroy turned off my anti-virus program. The free version of Spybot Search & Destroy contains no anti-virus capabilities, leaving free users potentially MORE vulnerable, not less.
Great site/program, but remove this google captcha crapware from you website/forum. It is totally unreadable and blocks access. YOU block visitors from viewing/searching the forum or send webform-mail by using this google crapware (that blocks browsers/visitors they cannot track from YOR website/forum, resulting in only way to communicate via WOT). By using this captcha feature you give away our privacy and loose visitors yourself; use something userfriendly pls! Cannot visit forum / cannot post e-mail via form / cannot ask question about program / refrain from use ... bye.
i use portable apps alot and i pretty much have some of the entire app catalog downloaded as i blindly trust it, had a virus used spybot and it found tthe pup / virus and it removed it,
so i have pure good experience :)
Great anti-spyware tech that uses multiple prevention methods to protect your PC from spyware (such as browser and network immunization), but it also includes the necessary tools to remove any spyware if you happen to be infected. Very powerful, and it has saved my PC a time or two from spyware. I recommend using this software along with Avast! Antivirus as your primary AV software, as well as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove any malware you may catch.
Nothing wrong with the site, but the software has become rather obsolete in later years. TeaTimer hogs CPU resources and detection rates, scan times etc. aren't very good anymore. I used to use it, but no longer find that it does a good job.
