Although this was once owned by the much reviled SCO, it is now owned by UnXis, Inc. who acquired the rights and properties of SCO, inc. after they filed for chapter 7.

I have been a reseller for SCO for going on 20 years. The company has been producing one of the most reliable enterprise operating systems available anywhere, they have keep resellers informed and aware of the "why" as we;; as the "what"... They do *NOT* deserve any "dangerous" rating

The SCO Group filed a lawsuit in the US against IBM over claims of code in its version of the UNIX operating system and in Linux. SCO claimed that IBM had included SCO's intellectual property to the codebase of the open source, Unix-like Linux operating system. The SCO Group sent letters to members of the Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies making threats to sue if they use Linux. This letter may be considered fraud since it made threats over property that it had been unable to claim in a court of law. Source: Wikipedia
