I am not sure.. I seem to be receiving too much spam from them and they do not seem to be doing much about it. I will certainly revise when I stop receiving spam or I get the inclination that they are doing something about the reports that I am submitting. Update : I strongly disagree with reports that they act on spam reports. I have reduced my rating.
