This company is engaged in deceptive business practices and is not accredited through major credit institutions. They also engage in SEO ranking tricks (black hat SEO) to place themselves high in Google searches for unrelated topics. There are many complaints of deceptive practices against them as well and considering the lack of oversight and accountability, this business is very untrustworthy.

The worst payment processor I've ever used. They don't have any customer support service. Your emails will rarely be answered. Don't do any transaction using this site. You will never be able to guess how long the withdrawal would take to load into your bank account. Also, it's not cheap at all... It charges the highest conversion rate compared with any online payment processors. Stay away from it if you don't want your money to be stuck...

I sent some money into my Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) account via bank transfer. The money is now completely lost to me because my account is locked. I contacted their support and they said they cannot verify my identity even though I sent them a scan of my ID card. If you want to be able to spend you own money, don't use this site, go to a concurrent (PayPal...).

These guys allow you to 'upload' money in all kinds of ways, but try to make a withdrawal and you might be in for a surprise! For example, they allow you to upload money with your MasterCard, but only allow withdrawals through Visa or bank account. So if you upload with MasterCard your only option for withdrawal is bank transfer. If your bank's SWIFT code is not accepted, your money is basically stuck in their account! Never thought legal theft would be possible!!!!!
