I read the unfavorable comments left by some people and I cannot believe that anybody would say unfavorable things about this wonderful website and its employees. They have been nothing but kind, sincere, trustworthy, helpful and great to me. They backup all your information on your computer and if you need help they are there to help you every step of the way. I had problems setting it up and they were there every minute. I send e-mails and they answer them on the same day that I sent them. I am stunned and appalled that anyone would say anything bad about this website and its staff. Whoever wrote bad comments probably do not even have them because if they did, they could not say anything bad about them. I trust them with my computer and I can't say enough nice things about them! I love the website and have told all my friends about them!

Why did the two Green raters rate on the same day, with comments from the "Admin"? And check out who else they rated. Let's take this a bit further, shall we? First, I don't really care about the weak "their safe" recommendations that you have managed to drag up. I noticed that a Google search using your domain name is enlightening, and not in a good way. I used two different tools to check SSL on your site: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=skyvault360.com ***** One was unable to determine what SSL you have, the other indicated a problem. The lock on the browser indicates you have something, the question is what? Not something I would trust my personal information, to include payment method to. The IP address (199.34.228.44) traces to weebly.com, a free Website service. Great for those hobby and personal sites. IMHO, not something to run a business from. Where is the contact information (other than the phone number) on your site? Speaking of phone numbers, (213-915-8069), traces to Jeterz LLC Dover, DE: ***** I am fully aware that there are several other businesses in that building. My guess is that's where your operating from. I could be wrong, because it is obvious that you have gone to great lengths to hide. As per ICANN: https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=skyvault360.com. As the domain contact is behind a privacy service. Also, get all the people you know to sign up and give you glowing ratings, it won't make any difference. Cheers.

This site has also a Facebook page, which is where I first noticed it. It had RED dots everywhere, which of course, not all people see. I warned users on the page to check the reputation because these people are "Selling" "Software Protection" and there were already comments from unhappy people, calling them a scam. I got 4 comments back from them trying to convince me that WOT is wrong w it's RED warning, and they also have a FAKE award that say's "Winner of this Year's 2016 Dover Best Software Security" which is bogus. The link takes you to a page with no http r https but as much as a word document with contact # ### ### #### so you can't contact them. I searched and there is no such thing as a "Dover Award" for anything.. So.. everything they seem to say on the FB page is not true. One comment was from them.. "You seem pretty adamant to prove us wrong.." - and yeah, I am. Anyone that asks for your CC, advertises they are Google #1 Result, and also links to fake award.. that say's enough. BAD people... The link to the fake press release is hxxp://dover.dover.awardconnections.org/PressReleaseub.aspx?cc=DFGA-SBFS-ZJDD TODAY: ***** - 4:03pm. ALL links on their Facebook page went dead. No comments could be left on page. No private message. Made it impossible for anyone else to show a complaint. I was about to add... Now... you only allow private messages so nobody else can read what is being said. You fall back on your "google rating"- and this "Press Release" and nobody can see this but us. You are not being honest. There is NO such thing as a "Best of Dover Award" and if there is, an award that goes to the Best Computer Software & Services category, and you can show me. Not the wordpress/notes/word document you posted. I just feel like I am wasting my breath, but I can't stop.. because you are wrong. Once you know I know... you'll just block me or something else. But.. don't make me mad or insult me. Remain calm. I could actually be helping you ( god help me ) Your "award" below is just a computer generated image, rough at that. I can zoom in on it enough to see that. So, a photo of an acrylic award w a .jpeg layered on the front. ( please.. DOVER.DOVER.AWARDCONNECTIONS.ORG ) - there is no such website, working link, anything like that, similar to that, kinda like that.. it does not exist. Show me the webpage for the "dover award"/ you can't. I am not the only person judging you on ONE red WOT rating, it is rated that way before I got there and when you look, you'll see multiple complaints, where you have made excuses for "privacy purposes" etc... As a search engine evaluator.. #1, you ALWAYS have a "contact us" link on any genuine website. The current year's date. You can see the faults and mistakes you've made. Also, to say "Google Ranking #1" - you have no clue how Google ranks. NOBODY does.. You paid for an advertisement at the top of the search results. People used to think "this is the top site", but only suckers know paid sites are not "top" sites. Side bar paid sites are also nothing special. It's "advertising" - want to see an actual AV site??? This is the OFFICIAlL U.S. ( not International) site for Hugo Boss. ***** You see at the bottom, all the live links, contact info, live chat, help. Links to their official Twitter, Facebook, pages, etc.. THIS is what a good website looks like. If you can't do any better than the poor job you're doing now, at least copy what the real people do. OH.. sorry you can't.. Considering how "computer" "technology" "award winning" you are.. you have to realize you are coming off as a joke. I only bothered to even respond to this to call you out on the lack of "public posting" RED warnings by the site... why on earth 10,000 people like your page.. is a mystery to me. Also.. throughout all this. I have NO clue what your company does. Not a single clue. "ask for our address?" - my 11 year old can make a better bogus business facebook page than you can. Now.. You have a nice day. Your reputation is sinking...... you are losing money every day... feel it? The crunch? Payroll? Taxes? Heck, if you work out of a basement, you don't need to worry, which I think is probably the case. It's easy to "Plant" good reviews.. ask your friends, email your uncle.. but to get a BAD review.... you have to be bad. Seriously. I mean, really?

Works as described. It's reasonably priced and backs up your computer automatically in the background I don't even notice it's there. Very easy to setup and I’ve also had to recover my files, that was very easy also. If you have any questions, customer support is very nice and is fast. Would definitely recommend them!

The awards they mention are all bogus and also used by other suspicious product websites (no links to the actual sources are provided). I don't trust them one bit. No where on their website can you learn more about the company or even find an address.
