Softlayer one of the most hostile ISPs in terms of spam and malwares is now a part of IBM. Because of their lax regulations a huge number of cyber criminals used their services to send relentless spam and host malicious sites. _______________________________________________ I would be cautious as to what takes place in due course of time as IBM has a lot to do before it can call it a day.

Also large volumes of spam with links to malware hosted on GoogleDrive are coming from softlayer , its getting to the point where email that domain may become blocked by default.
