The only issues I have with PCH is that they have unwanted pop up ads which my computer has a huge WARNING about which they are not PCH, do not open or go to those sites! The other issue is that if I order 3 or more items they want me to pay in full when I order, but there web site states I can pay in monthly payments that my credit is good! If I call them and complain about it they send me the stuff as per the Web page, if I do not call they will not send me the stuff I ordered! I have never won anything from them, but I do know people who have won, not large amounts but like $100.00. Some of the stuff they sell is good and some of it is junk! They do have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy they will refund your money as they have done for me many times due to a plant not being healthy or dying, a item breaking or not performing as stated, etc. I have gotten defective items through the years, but I have never had a problem getting my money back for an item that was a dud!
