In response to several comments claiming that stormfront.org hosts protected free speech, the US Supreme Court has ruled that hate speech is not protected as free speech, since hate speech is inherently threatening to the safety and well-being of others.
Similarly, it is illegal to walk down a U.S. street and say to someone: "I will kill you." This would be a crime of assault.
It was once said: "My freedom to swing my fists ends where your nose begins." Meaning that we only have free rights so long as our freedoms do not infringe on the free rights of others.
