Videos reward fine and surveys, when you can complete them, if not, tickets can be accepted (as opposed to smartphone apps). DO NOT install any softwares from this website, these are all trojans, malwares, spywares (as opposed to what they say) or do it on a harddrive you don't care about. Support for customers very long to answer to problems of not awarded and otten don't understand your problem, confusing you away from asking your due anymore. So can be good website if you have all that in mind, be careful and it's fine.

Now, about their "ticket support": often they take lot of time to reply (personal experience: 3 weeks for refusal and closing ticket), and usually is made through email address you can't reply (just to let you know they don't care) Their reasoning are lousy and unconcerned about their "client". The reply is blatantly auto-generated and asking for information which were already provided. I can't talk about their support trough the "contact us" website (since it's reserved for third party partner and not regular users).
