I have been using this service for a few years, not only do they provide great support, they also have a perfectly safe website. They do NOT ALLOW A USER TO SPOOF CALLER ID. It is not possible with this service. It can only record by using the conference call function. Previous claims: Misleading claims or unethical - No. it does what they claim and is in no way unethical. Potentially illegal - No. It is not illegal to record a call. In some countries you have to inform the other part, but it is NOT illegal (not sure about North Korea though...). Scam - No. I have been using the service for a few years, it works perfectly.

This site is for tapeacall reputable app that helps people record calls. The app also includes the option to notify both parties in a call that the said call is being recorded. This is for states and countries where both parties have to legally be in the know about a recorded call. That option can be turned off for states that don't have this law.
