It is the best teeworlds game server hosting site with reliable servers and a user friendly interface. It targets people that arent able or a are not willing to host teeworlds servers on their own root (v)servers. It contains many versions and mods of teeworlds which can be customized. It should be mentioned that it is still beta.
As addition it contains an own teeworlds community.
Planned is a map (and other resources?) database for teeworlds.
The site is available in German and English.
I really cant understand the ratings, maybe an anger rating? Where is this site a spam site and what does this finally mean?

It is really inexplicit to say that this site is spam. It contains serious content: a web interface for hosting Teeworlds game server. As a payed service it can also offer quality. So where is this spam? Then you must have ment the forum. Every user with an account can use it. In the forum itself there is no spam and if you got spammed by a user you could report it. Have you tryed?
