First WOT then my HOSTS file block the site; I came to it via PriceBlink, a legitimate Chrome add-on that apparently uses this service to generate revenue, Judging from other comments, some less savory operators also use the domain to track clicks. It seems benign if you're coming to it through a legitimate link from a legitimate source. Caveat emptor.

I don't know what they have done in the past, but this is now a valid linking service for ads distributed by Commission Junction. You are probably seeing this after clicking a banner ad for a popular company. If you choose "ignore", you will land at the destination company's website.
