They have cleaned up their act as far as marketing their own services via spam. They are also now one of the most responsive registrars for shutting down spammers and fraudulently registered domains. In their ongoing help given to criminals, todaynic started weeks ago to refuse to return Whois Records when somebody makes a query for the malicious domains registered by them. All whois services queried for a whois record will display this: "There was an error processing your request." Worst thing is that a complaint regarding this issue was made to ICANN (useless authority) which never bothered to reply back or at least to solve this TOS breaking.
