I originally received my keyboard and was very unhappy with it so it was quickly returned. Steve Isaac personally called me to discuss my issues. Does that ever happen? A founder of a company personally reaches out to someone to find out why they were not happy and see what they could do to fix it? He talked through the issues and felt that I had a defective unit. He asked if I would be open to trying a new that he would personally send out free of charge. Steve followed up with tracking information, then called a few days after the new keyboard arrived. Wow! What a difference and what amazing customer service. The new keyboard works exactly as stated and the updated videos on the website are very helpful in getting started - [...] If you are in the market for a keyboard and have been on the fence about a bulky keyobard folio case, you need to check this out. This is becoming an indespensible accessory for my iPad. I may leave the laptop at home, but this always travels with me now. I would highly recommend this product.
