I have seemed an error message about "the print spooler"; my friends (Jack) referred me to UberTechSupport. After they patiently listen my problem, they requested to take remote access of my computer to determine as long as they could repair it. They resolved my problem, but they took some time. So, I’ve a mixed feeling about those guys because it is not so easy for me to sit in front of the computer more than half an hour. But, at least they solve my problems.

Ubertechsupport installs malicious links on social networking web sites that display a popup about "www.macsecurity-alert.com" and directing the victim to call them at ***** to avoid data loss. If you call that number, you will be advised that your computer has been infected with some other malware, most likely some multi-patform malware such as Koobface, which they will gladly pretend to remove for the sum of $299. After you agree to pay for them to "fix" the problem, they will send you a confirmation email from ubertechsupport.com. After removing the phony popup, they will then ask for another $199 to install security software. It's all a complete scam, and ubertechsupport acknowledges that the ***** phone number in the popup is their number.
