No. It's a FAKE website from ublock origin. If you download ublock origin then it blocks ublock.org and it's a fake ublock because the icon is other and the name is just ublock not ublock origin.

Not the real uBlock, the real one is Ublock Origin, mot just simply Ublock, the real one is also made by Raymond Hill, not ublock.org.
If you do download the extension, you will be infected by malware and adware, I would getting Adwcleaner, Emsisoft Emergency Kit and Hitmanpro, they will get rid of the infection, then go and disable chrome syncing, after that, uninstall chrome and install it via another browser.
