I'm the CEO of Vanilla and one of the principles we operate on is trust, so we're going to put a bigger focus on WOT as well as formalise our privacy policy so it's internationally acceptable and most importantly I believe this is the most useful forum for trust issues so we will direct any queries to the forum - see ***** Our website only uses Google (analytics/Google+/facebook objects) cookies and does not collect any private information other than via an order form where customers order products and services or contact us. We have strict internal regulations on the management of all these customer details which will be published by Jan 5 on our website privacy policy. We have not been found hosting phishing or malware, we're particular about security and excellent customer service for discerning IT users. *full disclosure* - unfortunately I have had to deal with one incident (in the past ten years) where a part time support person accidentally sent a completed 'application form' to a customer asking for such an 'attachment'. The employee was disciplined and the person whose details were accidentally disclosed was approached by us and explained about the error. This customer is still with us now eight months after this accidental error.
