They said I violated the terms of service and won't allow me to get my rewards. All I did on that site was the lessons and tasks. I never even spoke with any of the coaches. Answered their multiple choice questions. Never typed in my own answers. So I really do not know how I violated the terms of service. Also, Jason is not a nice guy. He is rude and unprofessional. If you are seeking mental health help, seek an actual doctor. This site is crap.
Vets prevail is a joke not helpful the peers and coaches are rude and lack empathy. Signing up is easy and you do earn points but getting a gift card is a different story because you don't. The guy called Jason is rude and bais. There is no help for vets at this program just a bunch of people pretending to be counselors. Seek professional help not rude uncaring so called peers or coaches. Vets deserve better
Seems not too malicious but, don't waste your time. Rewards are scarce or take more time to get than advertised. Also the resources are all easily found with an actual Google search or go see a therapist there is no need for this site and its not really the best bet if you have any of the problems presented in their programs.
I initially joined to see if the help provided was useful or not. Then I saw the reward points. I used the chat feature and it was an instant connection to a person. It was a helpful conversation.
If you have or think you have PTSD don't waste your time with this site. See a professional or go to a professional websites. This is an earn points site and you never get points anyway
