Great site from a great fitness model. He gives away A LOT of free content and weekly tips on training and nutrition. Great site to learn and grow.

I'm another one who doesn't understand the negative rating of this site. Vince Delmonte is a fairly respected member of the fitness community. He presents a lot of useful information regarding training & nutrition. While most of his material certainly shouldn't be used with children (what 12 yr old should be serious about bodybuilding anyhow?), there is nothing inherently dangerous or offensive towards them either.

It is a very honest site. I absolutely have not any problems with it and I use the fitness programm, which is really good. I think the bad customer experience above is really not appropriate. If the video is said "short" and it was too long, well you should stop it...

I don't want to give this a red category, but it's a negative thing about the site, and this is as close as it gets. The little blurb at the bottom of the video page says it is a "short" video, but I watched that for some time longer than I wanted to. I would say it's about 10-15 minutes.

I have not had any issues with this webiste or its creator, Vince DelMonte. I deal with similar websites who creators know Vince and whose websites have a green rating by WOT.

I haven't had anything bad happen to me going to this site, I actually got a few things for free and it's really not any different from any other fitness websites like itself. And there isn't any kind of spam associated with it.
