This site was brought to my attention by a program that alerts to potential problem websites. This site has content that is considered "highly mature" which includes porn. (What's "mature" about porn, I don't know!) For a family, it's not worth the danger just to get pretty wallpaper.

This is a wonderful, trustworthy site for looking for new wallpapers. It does however have quite the collection of NSFW wallpapers on numerous things, if that's what you're inclined to find. Be careful when letting kids browse this site for a new wallpaper.

Very useful site to retrieve good wallpapers. I always look on wallbase for wallpapers before using google. There are images containing nudity, but that just depends on the level of purity you choose. So maybe not the BEST site for minors.

--EN-- As it's already been said, it's a great wallpaper website. Lots and lots of HD wallpaper about any subject and a friendly community behind it ! About children safety: By default it only shows SFW wallpapers but sketchy or NSFW wallpapers/images can be easily displayed. Also, no virus, adware or whatever. There's only images which can be saved by right click. --FR-- C'est un super site pour y trouver des tas de fond d'écran sur pas mal de sujets. C'est également une petite communauté très sympa. A propos de la sécurité des enfants: Par défaut, le site n'affiche que les images "Tout public" -> SFW (Safe for Work). Mais les images qui peuvent choquer/déranger (principalement de la nudité) sont facilement si on le veut vraiment. (Sketchy et NSFW (Not safe for Work)). Il y a quand même un avertissement pour les mineurs. Aussi, aucun virus, adware ou autre. Ce sont seulement des images que l'on peut sauvegarder par clic droit.
