The site is clean and the downloads are on a clean site owned by the author.
I have loved these excellent makeovers since using the Windows 7 pack on XP.
Depending on the speed of your PC it may slow your experience.
Most parts of the install are optional.
A full install will make many changes and install a lot of software.
Most of the programs are from other authors, and brought together to fake a new OS and desktop.
Any part of it you like can be installed on its own.

I really never had any problems with the site. It's home of Windows X, a computer hacker in Thailand who cracked the uxtheme patch on Windows XP to allow custom themes (See PCWorld). He has been working to design various transformations and themes for XP users and continues to do so. Anyhow site and downloads are clean, it's also a news blog. +1.
