It discusses the side effects of women taking Propecia and gives them guidance, such as talking to a physician. It also tells women about the possibility of developing breast cancer, depression, decreased libido and other problems.
According to their official Facebook page: "We are the rising voice of women." This is a legitimate page, but I might want to keep it away from curious eyes.
The site isn't particularly good, and it has a bias towards leftist viewpoints, but it's not malicious. It's simply a tabloid-type magazine aimed at women. I wouldn't call it child friendly, but it's not directly unsafe for children either - it is merely not aimed at children. In regards to the other comments saying it only allows women, I'm not quite sure what's going on. I'm able to access the site, and as far as I can see I can comment using Facebook even though I am not a female. If the site actually excluded males from visiting, I wouldn't agree with that, but as a private business (and not a government entity) they have a right to organize their business the way they see fit.
People have given this site a poor rating because it is marketed towards women. If you feel that not every website has to appeal to every person at every moment then this site is fine. If you are offended that they discourage men and transgender people, then go somewhere else.
I know several people that use the website, it is a real site, is not phishing, is not spreading malware, and is totally safe.
The people that are downvoting the site are doing so because they do not agree with the site only allowing women, so they report it as a malicious site, when it is not.
This website is discriminatory against trans* individuals. They only allow people who identify on Facebook as "female". What about those who don't wish to identify as Female to their family, or have it set as transgendered? They are anti trans, I would not sign up to their website.
Not sure why this was rated untrusted. It's clearly a safe place dedicated to women. There's even a recent article on this site that was in Cosmo:
*****
This is a women-only site to provide a safe space for women to network. Here is an article in Slate Magazine - *****
I suspect the previous rating were simply based on the site being women-only. By all accounts, the site is above-board.
