They charge you for glasses that haven't shipped. They claim to be sending out of California and then email me that my glasses are going through customs? When does a package coming from California come through customs? Be sure that I am saving EVERYTHING and will take this to my credit card company with ample evidence of my timely and good-faith actions. One way or another, I will get 100% money back, but I should NOT have to go to the effort I'm going to in order to do it.

I remember in August buying the 8 dollar basic prescription lenses. They came ten days after ordering and have gotten lots of compliments on these pair. I have been wearing these frames for the past three months with no problems. Will buy from them again.
