I am quite confused. Don't get me wrong I am not ignorant. I haven't had any issue with them thus far, well not much at least. I use their free hosting and I haven't had really any issues, I wasn't asked to install anything, maybe I am "lucky" on that aspect? I don't know. The only issue I've run into was where I had a "grand opening" of my website & they "locked it down for review" I wrote them a note to say that I had been publicly embarrassed and had they mentioned this in their policy, it would have been helpful to note. They apologized and had my site back up withing 12 hours. Did I catch them on a good day? *shurgs*
I haven't tried their affiliate program, so I don't know anything about it. I however began looking into upgrading recently and their "order now" link takes me too a different site... thus I found the recent comments here at WOT.
While I REALLY love their interface and ease of creating a site, I suppose I am better off hosting elsewhere :-(
Their affiliate program is a scam and makes up excuses why the payments haven't been sent out.
They claim to have Fantastico and on some charts, they even say the free hosting has 50 scripts, when it only has 10 and they don't work anyway. From reading their forum, it looks like free hosting users have been faced with the same message that Autoinstaller is not ready, yet part of their advertising is being one of the very few free hosts with Fantastico.
Web hosting is free and safe for now, but the affiliate program is a scam.
They r asking for IP address...dunno in dis case itz safe or nt....still it possibly dangerous... There r so many sites r in d internet trying 2 get IP addresses of remote machines. they represent some fake pages wid forms 2 users 2 put their details...so..BE CAREFUL !!!!
