I recently realized that this website had somehow gotten a hold of my debit card information and had been charging me a subscription fee for months, to the tune of something like $80 in total. When I contacted them to explain that I hadn't signed up for their service and that my card information must have been stolen or something, and to ask for my money back, they merely referred me to their terms of service (which they insinuated I had agreed to despite me never having visited their website before) which states that they do not give refunds. It's absurd that a company would refuse a refund when fraud is involved. I'm now having to go through a lengthy process with my bank to declare fraud and get my money back. I don't even have children.

This site is a tiny bit of good wrapped in a huge scam. If you were lured in by a "free trial" offer, sorry! They do NOT honor them. Your kid will get bored (quickly) and stop wanting to use it. You'll forget you have the account. They won't. Surprise! Non-refundable annual auto-renewal fee! Your first clue is: no refunds, ever ever ever policy. Customer service is so poor, Hewlett-Packard must use them as recruiting grounds.
