Безопасен ли aliexpress.com?

Launched in April 2010, AliExpress (www.aliexpress.com) is a global retail marketplace targeted at consumers worldwide, many of them located in Russia, the United States and Brazil. The platform enables consumers from around the world to buy directly from wholesalers and manufacturers in China and have access to a wide variety of products at wholesale prices. AliExpress is a business within Alibaba Group.

It is a reliable site that ships, usually from China, items that are FAR less expensive than the same items from sites like Amazon. As with any third party mega-mall, once must choose carefully. I wouldn't buy an iphone charger, but would absolutely buy knick knacks and basic clothing and decorations.

Trustworthy site but you must be careful for scams, fraudulent sellers etc. Also some selling questionable items like counterfeits and sex toys. and illegal items. Most of the time at most will be a waste of time for you if you pay with the right methods as some sellers dont fulfil orders.

The first times I use aliexpress I was really wary. You know ordering stuff in a far far away country necessitated a jump of faith. It turns out it is as good as amazon or ebay. The couple of times I did not received my order, I got refunded, no question asked.

I PAY BUT THE ORDER DETAILS SAYS IS NOT PAID I have paid for an item and went through the checkout, after one month instead of getting the item, I get an email from AliExpress saying that I didn't pay, I checked my credit card statement and the transfer was successful.  CUSTOMER SUPPORT= ROBOTS I spent a lot of time searching a way to contact a human on the customer service, didn´t find any human being, just robots. DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT My account was deactivated (due inactivity?), I contacted the customer support in order to activate it again but no success.
