Безопасен ли aliexpress.com?

Trustworthy site but you must be careful for scams, fraudulent sellers etc. Also some selling questionable items like counterfeits and sex toys. and illegal items. Most of the time at most will be a waste of time for you if you pay with the right methods as some sellers dont fulfil orders.

The first times I use aliexpress I was really wary. You know ordering stuff in a far far away country necessitated a jump of faith. It turns out it is as good as amazon or ebay. The couple of times I did not received my order, I got refunded, no question asked.

I PAY BUT THE ORDER DETAILS SAYS IS NOT PAID I have paid for an item and went through the checkout, after one month instead of getting the item, I get an email from AliExpress saying that I didn't pay, I checked my credit card statement and the transfer was successful.  CUSTOMER SUPPORT= ROBOTS I spent a lot of time searching a way to contact a human on the customer service, didn´t find any human being, just robots. DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT My account was deactivated (due inactivity?), I contacted the customer support in order to activate it again but no success.

Place multiple orders now for the last couple of months one example was order 68991508008740, the items arrived directly to me in Qatar within 10 days. the vast majority of my orders arrived within 10-15 days, a couple of them took 4 weeks but its free shipping so cant complain about that. I used PayPal with ***** i think that's the best method. The site is well constructed and the phone app works well also. Over all no issues so far...... Happy Customer

Не знаю, платить может и можно, но получаемый товар и его качество абсолютно безобразное. Одежду я там точно большене заказываю! Плюс после каждого посещения необходимо чистить куки браузера, иначе все просмотренное выскакивает абсолютно везде. Дурацкая маркетинговая стратегия.
