Updated ***** The actual service is FAIRLY reliable and the web site has improved a LITTLE but billing is HORRIBLE. 1. Last year, I received a bill with what I thought was an annual increase in my rate. I set up an automatic payment and it was paid ON TIME every month. I later discovered that my payment was increased again the very next month after the previous increase. Therefore, my monthly payment was short by a few dollars and AT&T had been reporting my account as delinquent and they finally issued a cutoff for my account. I just received a new bill with a new increase and I can see no reason for the increase. The bill just increased by a few dollars. If I had not noticed it, they would have started reporting me delinquent because it was $3.00 short. Perhaps they do it so they can charge me a late fee every month. It's what they did last year! I'm actively looking for a new ISP. Perhaps the fact that there are few choices in my area is the reason they don't care how customers here are treated. -------------------------------------------- This website is useless! I constantly get messages saying the site is undergoing some kind of maintenance! When I tried to process a move request a while back, the site allowed me to complete a rather long form before saying the site was down and told me to try again later. No matter how "later" or what time of the day, I got the same response AFTER completing the form! I currently receive a message saying my e-bill is ready to view online. When I attempt to log in, I get kicked back to the login screen...over and over. When I attempt to have my pasword reset (I am positive my current one is correct), I get a message saying this site is undergoing some kind of maintenance! I also have a wireless account. When I attempt to dial another specific number, it constantly rings busy! I am unable to contact anyone about this and the FAQ's are useless. I kept looking for a solution for my problem and when I attempted to check my settings, I was sent to a web page that seemingly does not currently exist. In all of these instances, I spent a LOT of MY time trying to resolve the issues and they site is STILL crappy! I suspect that the part of the site that allows one to sign up for AT&T services works pretty good though. AT&T service is sorely lacking if this site is any indication!
