Finger weg vom Dropship-Programm! Man bleibt auf dem Garantieanspruch der Kunden sitzen und muss diesen dann aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Für manche Teile wird lediglich 30 Tage Garantie gewährt. Verkauft man seine Produkte jedoch in Deutschland muss man sich an die 24 Monate Garantie halten, so zahlt man als Dropshipping Händler dann die restlichen 23 Monate aus eigener Tasche. Mir ist das bei einem 300€ Produkt passiert, nach ein paar Wochen bekam ich die Nachricht vom Kunden, dass das Produkt defekt sei. An dem Verkauf habe ich etwa 40€ verdient, nun zahle ich ein neues Produkt für 260€ (ohne Gewinn) und habe somit 220€ Verlust gemacht und zusätzlich viel Aufwand und Ärger gehabt! Es fehlt außerdem ein richtiges Impressum.

Any problem will be solved by Banggood customer service. On 31st July 2015 I ordered a bluetooth Speakers on the Banggood internet site , hoping to receve it as soos as possible. I believed that choosing the shipping from EU warehouse could speed up the delivery. Unfortunately I've never received the portable speaker, the shipping got lost on the way. On the beginning of september I contacted the Banggood Customer service, in order to get some information on the shipping. I've been imemdiately contacted by an employee, which asked me to control the shipping adderess and to go to the post office to verify. Unfortunately I choosed the untracked Shipment, therefore it was impossible the track the package. Therefore, after an e-mail exchange I accepted the refund proposed by Banggood, in order to make another buying with tracking shipment. Even if I've never received the speakers, I am still satisfied due to the way the problem was managed by Banggood customer service. I will buy again from Banggood , I know for sure that in case of any problem they will be able to find a solution.
