They accepted to replace it. In the overall, I would from my own personal experience recommand Bangood.

Хотя последний заказ пришлось обсуждать, так как при заказе в декабре это был один лот, а когда пришел, то уже другой, о чем я узнал лишь о получении. Была изменена спецификация производителем, о чем не был уведомлен при заказе. Но договорился о рефанде, так что и тут опыт положительный. Любят навязать дополнительное страхование посылки.

Banggood is safe, I am sure of that. I have been ordering a pretty long time there and I have always received mine order. Recently I bought a light for in the kitchen, but the motion sensor did not work. I told this, and they only asked for a video prove. When I showed it, they replied with two options. One was to have a refund and the other was sending a new one. I chose the refund and got it in less than two days. So they are safe and help you when you need it.

I bought few items without any problem. Banggood is faster than AliExpress for the processing and shipping time ! There is a missing part in my last order but the have sent to me another replacement for free ! So I only can recommend Banggood for their professionalism !
