Безопасен ли banggood.com?

I have made only one purchase from banggood so far, and feel it's a safe / trustworthy online shopping site. They do have good deals on good products. In case there's any issue, they should be able to offer a reasonable solution to customer's satisfaction. In fact I just put in my second purchase on banggood.

I have spent around 2000 dollars on this site, and ordered more than 150 items. I have had maybe 5 defect products, and all of them were replaced by banggood immideately. Their customer service is exeptional, with kind and well english speaking people at the other side, ready to help you out with your problems. Prices from banggood are great, and with free wordlwide shipping, you always pay the price that is listed. Shipping does take some time, but what would you expect. Awesome site!

So this was the first time I ordered something from China andeverything arrived pretty mucht in time. Unfortunately the content of the order was wrong. Customer service treated me friendly and professional and I am looking forward to recieving my order now.

Banggood is my favourite online retailer. They have best prices, lots of coupons and discounts and they have products other stores don't have. I'm buying from them very often. They very very nice and friendly customer service, all my problems were sold very fast and without any hassle.

Good Customer Service I made the purchase BW-AS2 speaker and it came with problem, quickly the store made itself available to solve the problem, the request of the store I sent video of the product showing the defect, made to analyze the store was available to send a new BW-AS2 speaker.

I have already placed several orders at this site. Always everything was up to my expectations. Fast delivery, good value for money and good customer service. Once i received wrong product and i contacted with customer service. They informed me that they can resend the product. This is what you can call a good service!

Хороший сайт для покупок. Цены на некоторые товары значительно ниже чем на других площадках. Покупаю у них регулярно уже 3 года, претензий к сервису не имею, все посылки доходят до пункта назначения(хоть и не отслеживаются). Есть страховка на товары, это стоит недорого, но имеет смысл. Одна из последних покупок на 46$ немного пострадала при транспортировке. Одна маленькая царапина на корпусе прибора испортила товарный вид, но функционал при этом в норме.. Люблю этот сайт) Banggood вежливо предложил мне выслать повторно мою покупку, а прибор с царапиной я могу оставить себе)
