Good site to check rep of a company, but don't use it as your only source. Sometimes ratings can be flawed. Also keep in mind that businesses have to pay I believe like $400+ a year just to be an accredited member, so like in most situations paying member companies may get preferential treatment whether the BBB admits it or not (Sidenote: a business doesn't have to be a member to get a BBB report generated about their company, but to be an official;y "accredited" by the BBB they do, so I'm just sayin. Bottom Line: Just don't use this as your only source to verify the legitimacy of a company.

The Better Business Bureau is a highly trustworthy site IMNSHO. Some whose businesses were Not highly rated have bashed them, but they have Good information and can save you from dealing with many questionable and just plain Bad companies. I will trust them until they are proven else by due legal process. There is a branch near me and businesses I know support it completely. That is good customer experience.

The BBB is only looking out for their paid Commercial subscribers, NOT the consumer. I had a complaint with a company illegally billing me for "services rendered" and according to the BBB this was not under their purview. I do not trust any companies BBB rating.
