Have downloaded and bought many games with no harm to my computer or personal identity. Did have a problem with a purchase and they credited my account when it couldn't be fixed! Have and would recommend!

While I have had good service in WA State, they were taking advantage of my father and his lack of techno savvy in VA. He was paying for services he was not getting and had called them more than 3 times. He was told that he would have to unplug and reboot his cable box to use his "On Demand" and that it was just normal to do. After I had found out, I called their Customer (NON) Service and told them exactly what I expected to be fixed. At least they actually went to to his house but still never resolved the issues. After 3 attempts myself, after contacting Corporate and informing them that I believed this was beginning to look like age discrimination and theft (paid for services never rendered) the problems were fixed quickly and even his monthly bill was reduced over $40. Please look out for your older family members!
