"No haggle pricing" is just there to convince people who don't know a damn thing about cars that their prices are the best. Do your own research -- you'll easily see why Carmax is the most overpriced used car dealer around. Almost all their cars are priced 25-50% above the "perfect" condition on KBB and NADA; almost no used car qualifies for this perfect rating unless it was garage kept and never driven. Their transfer fees are quite high as well. You can hire your own transport for roughly $1000 from East coast to West coast. They charge $1395 to transfer a 3500lb car from Texas to Mississippi. Again, value? Please do your own research and don't take my word for it.

Carmax is good place to buy for their no haggle pricing. So do your research and see if the price makes sense. But be sure to check the vehicle for the cosmetic defects as they will hurry to make you sign that car has no defect and after you drive away with the car, they will not accept if you find any cosmetic issue. I have just been ripped off on that.
