It's absolutely safe and free of spyware and trojans (if u download this tool directly from ccleaner.com).

This is a freeware company that have made ccleaner a program that is cleaning up the junkfiles and cleaning the registry to make your computer faster and get more free space on your hardrive. The companys name is Piriform 100% recommended.
