Bad customer service and support. Bad internet connection.

bad customer service. After installing additional cable, the HD did not work. I call comcast and was told to take to another city and get a replacement. travel distance is over 40 miles round trip. this does not include the poor selection on basic programing

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I have comcast service and it's fairly reliable. (I have had a few outages though.) However, their customer service sucks big time. As long as you don't have to deal with that, you're fine.
