This is a banking website that services one of my credit cards.

They acknowledged payment but left balance the same the next day. Misleading or incomplete info re payment penalties. Told that if principal paid by end of 12 mos., there would be no further cost. They have attached 3 late payment fees, with poor or no clear indication in their billing.
